Nevada does not currently have an ESA program.

Nevada's 2015 ESA law was struck down by the state Supreme Court. Nevada currently offers a private school scholarship program, but it does not cover homeschool families.

Nevada passed a universal ESA law in 2015 (SB 302), but the Nevada Supreme Court struck it down due to the funding mechanism used. No new ESA legislation has been enacted since.
Opportunity Scholarship
Corporate tax-credit scholarship. Maximum $10,094/student. Income at or below 300% FPL. Cap approximately $6.7M/year. Private school enrollment required — not available to homeschool families.
