Ohio does not currently have an ESA program.

Ohio's ACE ESA program ended in October 2025. Ohio does offer multiple private school voucher programs, but none apply to homeschool families.

EdChoice / EdChoice Expansion
Voucher programs for private school tuition. Income-eligible families can receive up to ~$6,000–$8,000/year. Private school enrollment required.
Jon Peterson Special Needs Scholarship / Autism Scholarship
Voucher scholarships for students with disabilities attending private schools. Not available for homeschool families.
Note on ACE ESA
Ohio's ACE ESA program, which did allow homeschool use, ended October 2025 and is no longer accepting participants.
